Little Moose burst into life in 2010 as a retailer of gifts and accessories placing independant designers alongside more well known brands. We soon moved on to developing our own playful jewellery designs from acrylic - our first collection, the quirky laser cut Doodllery range launched shortly afterward. We have since created several more quirky perspex jewellery collections designed to raise a smile.
In late 2013, we were invited to hold an evening of perspex jewellery making at the Southbank Centre.
Today, LittleMoose.co.uk showcases our own collections of quirky, design led jewellellery and accessories alongside other brands that inspire and amaze us, creating an exciting blend of hand-picked products.
Little Moose create imaginative design led products that enjoy a mix of playful exuberance and quirky, unique style. Our designs retain a strong character design and illustrative influence.
Primarily, our products are quirky, unusual jewellery items such as necklaces, brooches and earrings made from laser cut materials such as perspex (also known as acrylic), wood and precious metals but we have also launched a a collection of statement, graphic print handbags, wallets and purses.
Our quirky laser cut perspex jewellery is designed with a desire to create unique, interesting pieces which appeal to the playful nature of our customers. We try to mix elaborate statement pieces with more easy-to-wear items.
Whether you want to add a subtle touch, or a fierce blast of personality to your outfit, Little Moose can fulfill that need with our acrylic necklaces, brooches and rings.
All of our jewellery is made by hand in our Sussex studio.
The good ship Little Moose is captained by Carrie and James, a (now) husband and wife team with a passion for creativity and characters. Carrie is an avid doodler and her work has appeared in several publications, it was these doodles that paved the way for our first foray into laser cut acrylic jewellery, Doodllery, and consequently, Little Moose.
Today, the duo split their time designing new collections and working hard to share Little Moose with the rest of the world.
