We really want you to love your Little Moose goodies as much as we do! However if for any reason you aren't totally happy with your purchase you can return anything if you let us know within 7 days after receiving your order*.
Please email us as soon as possible. We may then ask that you send the item back to us with a note enclosed explaining the fault. As soon as it has arrived back with us we will send a replacement and refund any additional postage costs incurred.
Please note, we are unable to accept returns on faulty items after more than 60 days.

It is really important that if you send anything back to us you enclose a note explaining the reasons for returning the item along with your name and order number. It would also be great if you could email us so that we know to expect it.
