Little Moose at HYPER JAPAN - Dinosaurs, Pandas, Alpaca's and more!

HYPER JAPAN is quite possibly our favourite event of the year, and this year was no exception. The event was held at the O2 arena in London and offered everything from food to fashion plus live music and cosplay. The atmosphere was chaotically electric, with queues stretching all the way outside of the O2 on the bustling Saturday morning session. We were rushed off of our (swollen) feet, but did have a chance to catch some of the sights and j-pop sounds of Hyper Japan.
In between packing up pieces of our new dinosaur inspired Jurassica collection of jewellery (including some Hyper Japan exclusive teeny tiny Apatosaurus and Stegosaurus necklaces) and limited edition Lilac Alpaca designs, we did manage to take min the sights and sounds, including the unplugged session by Japanese rock gods (and we aren't even exaggerating, with 30 million album sales worldwide) X-Japan.
As always, the real stars of the show were the amazing Cosplayers, and the Cosplay Parade was fantastic, and the Hyper Japan fashion parade was equally as inspiring for j-fashion inspired designers like Little Moose. As always, there were loads of amazing brands such as Genki Gear and Tofu Cute and Cakes With Faces at HYPER JAPAN.
It's not often you see a sword fight break out, but it is all par for the course at HYPER JAPAN.
Musical acts from Japan kept on coming, on a variety of stages around the O2.
