  • Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days via Royal Mail.
  • Standard UK delivery is £3.50 but FREE on orders over £50
  • Orders within the EU are £8.95 and may take up to 10 working days to reach their destination.
  • Orders outside the EU are £15 and may take up to 10 working days to reach their destination.
  • As our laser cut jewellery is made by hand, during busy periods such as sales or holidays, please allow extra time (Upto 10 working days) for your order to be dispatched.
  • If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return the items in their original condition within 10 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge), or exchange the item if preferred.
  • Faulty items can be returned within 60 days for a full refund (including original delivery charge and cost of returning the item)
